It says my package is lost, what do I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to assist with packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. Please contact your local post office for more assistance if your package is delayed or has been lost. If you’re concerned about your package being lost, we suggest purchasing ROUTE insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages that have been scanned into USPS
My swimsuit said it was delivered somewhere in Las Vegas but I don’t live in Las Vegas?
This happens sometimes and I'm not sure why! Based on past experience, when this happens, the customer usually receives it within a few days, USPS just makes a mistake. If it has been 5 days since it says "delivered" and you still haven't received it, please reach out.
PREORDERS
When will my preordered swimsuit arrive?
All preorders will have an estimated shipment date listed in the description. If you order an in-stock item with a preorder item, the entire order will ship out when the preorder item comes in to avoid charging you twice for shipping.
I ordered a preorder and it is a day or two past the estimated shipment date, why hasn't it shipped yet?
We start packing orders on the estimated shipment date. We start with the earliest order and move down the list. If yours didn't ship the very first day, it is because your order was placed later and we are working as quickly as possible to get them out.
