Returns + Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 DAYS order delivery.
- We only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. *No Exceptions*
- In order to stay competitive in pricing, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns, and we do not refund shipping
Items must be returned in Original Condition
Original condition means:
- Hang tags still attached (if applicable)
- Hygienic liner still in place and has not been removed
- Is free of any stains (deodorant, makeup, etc)
- Has not been worn (except to try on), washed, snagged, or otherwise damaged in any way.
Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be accepted. *No Exceptions*
To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Do not send a swimsuit back until you have emailed us AND heard back from us. Your return will not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect item or incomplete order, please email us at email@example.com. We will send the correct items, if in stock, free of charge and provide a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect item. If the correct item isn't available, we will issue a full refund to your payment method.
While we strive to carefully inspect every item, sometimes we overlook things. If you receive a defective item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the defect within 5 days of receiving your product. *No Exceptions* I am not responsible for damage to items that are done in transit by the mail carrier.
Please remember to put in your discount code at check out. Discounts cannot be applied after the purchase is already made. On sale prices cannot be adjusted to items previously purchased. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
