Returns/Exchanges/Incorrect Items
Returns
We only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
Items must be returned in Original Condition
Original condition means:
- Hang tags still attached (if applicable)
- Hygienic liner still in place and has not been removed
- Is free of any stains (deodorant, makeup, etc)
- Has not been worn (except to try on), washed, snagged, or otherwise damaged in any way.
Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be accepted. *No Exceptions*
To start a return, email us at returns@desertsageswim.com with your order number. Do not send a swimsuit back until you have emailed us AND heard back from us. Your return will not be accepted. If you haven’t heard back from us in 24 hours, please reach out again or via Instagram. Sometimes we have emails withheld from us.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery. Items must arrive back in their original condition. In order to stay competitive in pricing, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns, and we do not refund shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.
Hair accessories, Black Friday sales and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Exchanges
We want you to love your swimsuit! Swimsuits can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or a different item of equal value within 14 days of you receiving your order. This applies to in stock items only. Please email us about exchanges at info@desertsageswim.com. Items must arrive back in their original condition.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or incomplete order, please email us at info@desertsageswim.com. We will send the correct items, if in stock, free of charge and provide a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect item. If the correct item isn't available, we will issue a full refund to your payment method.
Defective Items:
While we strive to carefully inspect every item, sometimes we overlook things. If you receive a defective item please email info@desertsageswim.com with photos of the defect within 5 days of receiving your product. *No Exceptions*
Discounts:
Please remember to put in your discount code at check out. Discounts cannot be applied after the purchase is already made. On sale prices cannot be adjusted to items previously purchased. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
